For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act) and from the 1 August 2021, the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the GDPR), the data controller is Mondays AG (company no. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Non UK customers - transferring data outside of the EEA?

DO I CONTROL MY DATA?

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made many requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

DO YOU STORE MY PERSONAL DATA

We will hold on to information only as long as is necessary;

  • For as long as you have an account with Mondays
  • For as long as is needed to provide services to you
  • For as long as needed for support-related reporting (if you have spoken to our customer services) or for analytical reporting

Even after you may have closed your account or we are no longer need your information to provide services to you, we may still retain some of your information if needed for legal or regulatory requirements, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse or if we need to enforce our terms and conditions.

REPRODUCTION OF CONTENT

If you submit Content to Mondays' website, you agree that Mondays may use your Personal Information and such Content as permitted under this Privacy Policy, including reproducing the Content on the Website and in Mondays' marketing and advertising materials.

KEEPING YOUR PERSONAL DATA SAFE

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM MARKETING EMAILS?

You can choose to stop receiving marketing messages from us at any time.

This can be done:

  • In your account
  • Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in your email
  • Contacting us directly (via theteam@organicmondays.com)

We will process the update to your preferences when you tell us about the change. However, please note that it can take a few days for some of our systems to update, so you may receive some marketing messages during this process.

This change to your contact preferences will not stop communications regarding any orders you place, such as order confirmation and shipping emails.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NO LONGER WANT A MONDAYS ACCOUNT? 

Contact us directly (via theteam@organicmondays.com) and we will delete/close your account or give you instructions on how to do this yourself.

HOW DO I COMPLAIN?

We hope that we can resolve any query or concern you raise about our use of your information. If you are not happy with how Mondays manages your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The supervisory authority in the UK is the Information Commissioner who may be contacted at https://ico.org.uk/concerns/.
